If your boiler has stopped working, there might be something you can do to get it back into gear.

Chasing a gas repair

If your boiler has broken down and you have raised an emergency repair, the engineer has 24 hours to attend. If this time has elapsed and an engineer has not attended, please call us on 0330 1234 034.

If a part has been ordered, our contractors will contact you to arrange an appointment to fit these parts once they have received them. If you require temporary heating, please call us on 0330 1234 034.

In an emergency call us immediately on 0330 1234 034. You can report an emergency 24/7

Emergencies include:
•    Danger to life
•    Severe flooding
•    Burst pipes
•    No heating
•    Blocked drains
•    No lights in the home

Non-Emergency Calls

Non-emergency calls to 0330 1234 034 are answered between 8am and 6pm Mon-Fri. Calls are charged at a local rate number.

Whilst we try our very best to answer your calls quickly we often experience high call levels and holding times may vary greatly as a result.

If your call is a non-emergency we have a voicemail-style "call-back" facility available to save you holding. Simply leave your name, number, address and query and we will call you back.

Alternatively, use our social media channels or complete an enquiry form.
