Staircasing to own 100% of your home at Wheat Fields

Our homes at Wheat Fields are available to purchase with shared ownership. Once your home is purchased you will have the option to increase the amount of your shared ownership home that you own. This is called Staircasing.

The greater the share you buy in your home the less rent you will pay to your home. Ultimately staircasing to buy 100% of your home, means you become an outright owner, and you will no longer need to pay rent.

* Share prices and purchases can range between 25%-75%, the above 40% is an average purchase percentage. Terms and conditions apply, please ask for details. Prices are correct at the time of publication.
