We are soon submitting a full planning application for a new residential development on land on the corner of Tan Lane and Vernon Road, adjacent to our existing School Gardens retirement living development. You will of course be able to comment through Wyre Forest District Council once the planning application is submitted but we would also love to hear your views directly, and this feedback will help shape the final proposal.

Land on Tan Lane, Stourport-on-Severn

The site, shown edged in red on the plan below, is located on brownfield land on the corner of Tan Lane and Vernon Way, close to Stourport town centre and across the road from our School Gardens retirement living development.

Our vision is to develop and invest in this brownfield site to provide a high-quality residential development with a mix of house types and styles to provide affordable homes for local people.

We are now consulting the local community on our proposals for the site. The proposals have been informed by various site assessments, including a series of technical and environmental studies.

As local residents to the site, we would really value your views and all feedback will be taken into consideration as we shape our proposals further through the formal planning process with Wyre Forest District Council.

Our vision

To deliver 12 new affordable homes of which eight would be one bedroom apartments and four would be three bedroom family homes. Green space, landscaping, and car parking would also be provided and the homes designed in a sympathetic way in keeping with the local area.
