Calling the leaders of the future

Great organisations have a foundation of great leadership and any great organisation is always on the look out for the next generation of leaders to help build and secure a competitive edge and to deliver its strategy. That's why we're launching an aspiring leadership programme.

Our Bromford strategy recognises brilliant leadership development as one of the ways we will enable colleagues to thrive to create the best team we can – and so from May this year, 40 colleagues will have the opportunity to join a programme that aims to build the leaders – and organisation - of the future.

Over ten months, in two cohorts, they will attend workshops and have intensive coaching to help them.

•Understand self and others utilising Insights Discovery profiling
•Appreciate the differences between 'like' and 'not like' me
•Recognise personal impact is an essential component of leadership and culture building
•Create, build, maintain (and repair) relationships
•Establish a culture, attitude and behaviour set of genuine trust
•Understand the differences between leadership and management.
