Request a repair

Following the Government’s updated advice around the coronavirus pandemic, and the easing of lockdown restrictions, we are pleased to say most of our services have been reintroduced in a safe and gradual manner. This means you can once again report any non-urgent repairs around your home through your online account.

As we hope you can appreciate, the team is still working through a backlog of requests which means we will continue prioritising requests in the interim. If you do have an engineer, contractor, or any other Bromford colleague visiting you in your home, please be reassured that all visits are carried out with strict social distancing guidelines in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all. This remains our top priority. Vijay, one of our engineers, has outlined six simple things you need to know ahead of any home visit…

Keeping everyone safe when we visit your home.

Watch the video below to find out more about the steps we are taking to ensure everyone is safe when we come out for a home visit.

If you are self-isolating because you or your household is either showing symptoms of coronavirus, have have tested positive, have been told to self-isolate by NHS test and trace, or have returned to the UK from a country outside of the government’s travel corridor, then please let your neighbourhood coach know. If you have a repair or annual safety check scheduled during the period of your self-isolation, please call our customer service centre by contacting us

If you have an emergency repair (immediate danger to your safety, or that of your property) please call us immediately even if you or a member of your household is self-isolating.

If your repair is not urgent you and you are able to carry out the repair safely yourself, you can check through our ‘How-to’ videos for some DIY assistance.
