Responsibilities

Overall responsibility and accountability for customer engagement with our neighbourhoods and communities, customer contact and complaints, retirement living and community investment teams.  

Career

Kevin joined in 2022 bringing with him extensive experience of delivering high quality customer service and operational leadership. Prior to joining Bromford he was Executive Director of Customer Transformation at Solihull Community Housing where he was instrumental in implementing the first customer vulnerability register to support evolving needs of the customer base.  

Kevin has previously held senior leadership positions in the NHS and water industry focusing on driving continuous improvement for the benefit of customers. He played a pivotal role in the transition to the NHS 111 service, and also delivered sector leading leakage performance standards with Affinity Water.
