Over the past year we’ve been making changes to the way we work behind the scenes to provide you with the best possible service when you contact us.

We been reviewing the times that customers call us the most to ensure we have colleagues available to take those calls. What we’ve noticed over the past year is an increase in the number of calls we’ve been getting during the week compared to those we get on a Saturday.

So, from 1 May we will be changing the opening hours for our contact centre to Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. This will be the same for all customers, regardless of whether they are calling us on the Bromford, Merlin or Severn Vale contact number.
