We are actively recruiting in Oxfordshire for multi-skilled engineers and landscapers.

We have a total of 15 roles available and have extended the application process to 8 June.

For the multi-skilled roles, carpentry and plumbing skills are key to dealing with responsive repairs (dripping taps/window and door locks) and empty homes (fitting bathroom/kitchens/tiling/floors). Qualifications are not essential but quality workmanship is. The focus of the interview will be practical so candidates may be asked to hang doors, change sink taps or do some basic plaster patching. Successful applicants will be allocated a van, power tools, uniform, and PPE.

The landscaper roles are brand new with an interview day that will provide the opportunity to demonstrate practical skills including brush cutting, strimming, hedging and mowing,

Jason Holder, head of property maintenance said: “In the Oxford area we completed 860 jobs between January and April. We recruit very much on attitude and are looking for two landscapers to join our existing team to primarily undertake the grounds maintenance of our green spaces. There are two vacancies for multi-skilled engineers to join our repairs team to diagnose, undertake and complete repairs to a high level of quality.”

We pride ourselves on being a great place to work and offer benefits including 27 days holiday (rising to 30) plus bank holidays, £400 worth of choice-based benefits, childcare vouchers, Bromford rewards offering high street discounts and a competitive pension.
