Matt changed his career and now has a work/life balance

Bromford offers some great work opportunities and Matt's new job in the Connect team has also benefitted his home life. He says: "I was a chef for 16 years and worked incredibly long shifts which meant I rarely saw my wife, Rachael, or my children, Josh and Kaitlyn. We were just existing. Our whole lives have changed now. I have an exciting new challenge and a work/life balance which means I can spend quality time with my family."
