Julie lost her confidence when she was made redundant after 20 years in Finance.

Around that time her son was diagnosed with autism and, inspired by helping him to manage his condition, she took the decision to do something different and is now a Bromford support worker. She says: "I love my job.  No two days are the same and I feel like a person and not a number now."
