"I always felt in my heart I would be here"

Dorothy, aged 83, describes her ten-year journey with Bromford.

She and her husband, Tony, had looked at the Oaks scheme over ten years ago and she said: “I always felt in my heart I would be here.” Sadly, Tony has since passed away and Dorothy says: “He would be so proud to think that Bromford has taken ‘his Dorothy’ into their system and are looking after her.”
