Bringing up five children on his own, Matt needed the stability of a decent home. Here he explains how a 'push in the right direction' from his starting well coach, Sharon Jones has given him and his children a solid foundation for the future.


The ‘starting well’ service provides coaching and practical support for some of our most vulnerable customers, helping them to get off to the best possible start with a tenancy all set up and ready to go.

Service manager, Donna Clifford said, "We work as intensively as the customer requires for the first few months to build their confidence and help them get to where they want to be. We support them with managing their money, home and behaviour and aim to ensure they are connected with local resources and their community."
