A project to regenerate a Staffordshire housing estate is in the running for a regional award.

Our £3.5m project to build new energy efficient homes at Levett Road Packington has been shortlisted for the Best Regeneration Project at the West Midlands Property Awards. The 22 new homes, including one for outright sale, which were designed by our partners rg+p Ltd, were completed last year, to replace 10 older, hard-to-heat Airey houses which had been demolished in 2017. The scheme was constructed by our in-house construction team and was the first project carried out by the newly set up regeneration team.

We are currently working on several regeneration projects across our area, having recently finished another project in Staffordshire in Clifton Campville.

The winners of the West Midlands Property Awards will be announced at a ceremony in March 2021.
