Our new way of working means that all customers across Staffordshire now have a neighbourhood coach – one point of contact giving you a more personal service. You can contact your neighbourhood coach for anything you need and they will also be out and about locally where you live on a regular basis. This means that services at our Stowe Road office in Lichfield are changing. There will no longer be a reception service but customers are still very welcome to come into reception to use the PC and telephone. This will be open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm from Monday 30 January.

We will be working with customers who currently pay by cash to adopt an alternative payment method. Please take a look at the ways you can pay your rent or contact your neighbourhood coach to find the best way to pay that suits your needs.

If you’re a customer outside Staffordshire, our new way of working will be rolled out in your area over the coming year.
