A bit of background

In 2013 Bromford formed a partnership with other support providers including Stay, Mainplace, Wellington YMCA and the Salvation Army Kip project to offer floating support and short-term supported accommodation services to vulnerable people in Telford. You can find more about Thrive here.

No working day or night is the same – so be prepared to be challenged.

Lee Herbert, Senior Support Worker, said of the role:

“Due to the evolving nature of the schemes, no working day or night is the same – so be prepared to be challenged. Along with routine tasks, you'll need to be alert and able to respond to the needs of customers; be it a friendly chat or responding appropriately to a crisis.”
