Bromford and Merlin Housing Society discuss creating a partnership to deliver more for customers

We are pleased to be able to share an exciting opportunity with our customers. We are able to announce that we are in formal discussions to create a partnership with Merlin Housing Society.
This partnership would bring together two, established housing providers with a shared vision for enabling customers to use great affordable homes as a springboard to achieve more of what they hope for themselves.
Merlin is a not for profit housing association that owns or manages nearly 9,000 properties mainly in South Gloucestershire, which are home to more than 16,000 people.
Both organisations have a common passion to offer an exceptional customer experience. Growth through a partnership would allow us to; extend the benefits of our approach to supporting our customers, share expertise that would help the combined business grow, deliver more, create a more resilient business and offer the opportunity to reinvest savings into improving services and building more homes.
Many housing associations are choosing to collaborate and join together to offer improved services to current customers and invest more in upgrading existing homes and building new ones. Our Board has concluded that, by partnering with Merlin, our options for increased new home building, along with the ongoing growth of our service delivery, are greatly improved.
Bromford customers will not see any formal change as a result of the partnership if it proceeds. The name of your landlord would not change and your tenancy/lease would continue without any change. Your rights would not be affected in any way.
