Customer feedback is a win-win for Eleanor

Bromford customer Eleanor was so surprised to win our latest customer feedback competition that she initially thought it was a joke.

The mum of one from Oakengates in Telford was presented with an Amazon Kindle FireHD7 just days before Christmas after seeing her name pulled from the monthly prize draw.

“I literally never win anything so I’ve never really been a big one for entering competitions. I was so shocked to find out I had actually won and I may go out and buy a lottery scratch card now,” Eleanor said.

“I do my entire internet browsing on my phone at the moment so I didn’t really know what a Kindle was. Luckily I got one of my friend’s lads to explain what it was all about and I’m delighted.”

Eleanor, who is aiming to get back into work as a carer, only moved into her new Bromford home in late November and is impressed with how much we value customer feedback.

“I only moved here from Whitchurch at the end of November and I’ve found Bromford to be a lot more stringent but I actually think that’s a really good thing and they are going to be supporting me in my efforts to get back into work. They’re really keen for me to unlock my potential.”

The customer insight team offer monthly prize draws to encourage customers to ‘tell us how it really is…’ with the next Kindle Fire being awarded at the end of this month.

Insight specialist Matthew Smart said: “Customers have been helping us to identify areas for improvement and we’ve learnt a lot from them over the last six months. We want this cycle of feedback and business improvement to continue and grow so that they trust us to listen to them and act on the recommendations they share.”
