Monica was struggling. Feeling low and unwell after having had a breakdown, she was homeless before being rehoused by Bromford. Under the terms of the Deal, Monica’s life is now back on track after volunteering and she recently started a college course to fulfil her ambition of becoming a hairdresser. “Through the Deal, my quality of life is so much better, I can’t tell you.”
