Brian was made redundant after 50 years of working

Brian was made redundant after working solidly for 50 years since leaving school at 15.

He said: "I don't have a laptop and hadn't a clue how to go about doing a c.v."

Bromford's work club in Perton, West Midlands, helped him to get online, put together a c.v. and get in touch with an employment agency who quickly found him his next role in his line of work as a wood pattern maker.
