Anyone with a connection to Winchcombe, or the wider Tewkesbury area, is able to register an interest in the homes. Bromford neighbourhood manager Fiona Miller expects these properties to attract a lot of attention.
She said, “Winchcombe is a great community, with the popular walking area “the Dell” next to the development and the well-known tourist attraction Sudeley Castle just the other side of the town
“Bloor homes are producing some beautiful Cotswold stone homes, and the town council are planning to continue regenerating the area with a multi games court for tennis, basketball and football, as well as a new children’s play area.”
