Nick CumminsOur executive team
Nick is Executive Director leading Group Operations - delivering services that change people's lives, including 30,000 residents and some 9,000 people a year who receive support services.
He's a real enthusiast for customer service and housing services that help transform people's lives. A service innovator, someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, he is passionate about young people being given every chance to pursue their dreams.
His specialities are leadership coaching and mentoring, and social enterprise development in health and fitness. Loves physical challenge, running, walking, biking.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, he joined Bromford in 1991 as Housing Services Director. His early career was spent working at housing associations and local authorities in Scotland and the North of England.
What is your proudest moment?
At work it must be when we won the Customer Service Business of the Year in the Management Today national awards in 2007, the culmination of a lots of hard work on embedding a can do service attitude across the business. Personally seeing my son Sam grow from being a 2lb 10 week premature baby to now completing a Masters Degree!
