Our approach isn’t about doing things for people, it’s about working with customers and coaching them to get what they want out of life. We know that if we help create the right conditions for each customer, as well as providing them with the right home, they’ll achieve great things.
There are so many skills in each of our communities – many of which aren’t used to their full potential – so part of our aim is to support people to identify and develop these talents to build strong, vibrant neighbourhoods. And ultimately the benefit is sustainable communities that fix things for themselves, reduce welfare dependency and improve overall society for all.
