These homes are of non-traditional 'Cornish' construction (non-traditionally built properties means that they are not made with a conventional brick or timber frame structure) and typically have a poor energy efficiency rating which means they are extremely expensive to heat and run. Having a group of them together means we have the opportunity to redevelop the site with brand new, energy efficient homes.
