We completed the regeneration of 24 properties, in Stockwells, Moreton-in-Marsh in March 2024 and have replaced them with 28 modern, energy efficient homes.

The former properties were of non-traditional Cornish properties. Non-traditionally built properties means that they are not made with a conventional brick or timber frame structure and typically have a poor energy efficiency rating which means they are extremely expensive to heat and run. Having a group of them together meant we had the opportunity to redevelop the site with brand new, energy efficient homes. 

The new homes were built in a factory and transported to the site in modules, with the first arriving on site in February 2023. The homes were completed in March 2024.

Throughout the processed we wanted to be as transparent as possible and that’s why all of our communication with the original customers and neighbours – from letters, to event notices, to legal jargon – was uploaded to this area of our website to keep all the information you need in one place, making it easy to refer to.
