We completed the redevelopment of our site at Mendip Crescent in Emersons Green in summer 2023. 

We replaced the former Wimpey non-traditional properties after a review revelaed that they were becoming increasingly expensive to heat and run. We consulted with residents and the local community before submitting a planning application in September 2020. Work started on site in 2022 to demolish the existing properties and the 11 new one, two and three-bedroom homes were completed in late summer 2023 ready for customers to move in.
