- Cross Tree Crescent
We want our customers to see our homes as a springboard and believe that by offering the right home and the right relationship, our customers can achieve more.
At Cross Tree Crescent and Oakley Court we decided that our existing homes there were not of the standard we want to provide our customers and so made the decision to redevelop them and replace them with modern, affordable homes that customers could thrive in.
We have split the work into two phases, starting with the properties at Cross Tree Crescent. Work was completed here in early 2023, which allowed us to move the remaining customers from Oakley Court into some of these new homes in March. With Oakley Court empty, demolition of these properties is due to take place in spring 2023, with the 17 new social rent homes being built in their place due to be completed in 2024.
We want to be as transparent as possible and that’s why our communication with you – from letters, to event notices, to legal jargon – will be uploaded to this area of our website to keep all the information you need in one place, making it easy to refer to.
The address for this: Cross Tree Crescent, Kempsford, Fairford, Gloucestershire, GL7 4EX.
