Our construction team was formed in 2007 and has been coming up with innovative solutions to housing and building high-quality homes with a real focus on delivering value-for-money and a great customer service. We've delivered over 500 completed units at a combined value of over £50m.

Who we are

We don't use external contractors; we build the homes ourselves. We have a strong, skilled and dedicated team and directly employ and co-ordinate local sub-contractors such as bricklayers, roofers, electricians, carpenters and plumbers to undertake the works. 

This means we can:

• Save the profit a main contractor may charge on top of sub-contractor labour and materials.
• Have a greater control over the whole construction operation from start to completion.
• Understand exactly what prices are achievable in the market place.
• Have direct control over the quality of work produced by sub-contractors.
• Gain an understanding of the supply chain.

Our development team will continue to work with external developers and contractors - they are very important to us. The in-house construction team enables Bromford to compare the benefits of both approaches.
