Martyn is responsible for the delivery of Bromford’s growing new homes programme and also it’s strategic property planning function. This includes the acquisition of land, relationship with developers, sales of new and existing homes and our in house construction team. Martyn has worked in the development sector for over 17 years, previously working at Merlin Housing Society and the Aster Group. Prior to joining the affordable housing sector he worked in the asset and information management field in the construction and utilities sectors.
