Making payments

You can pay your rent using our automated payment phone line. You will need your tenancy reference number to do this.

Call 0161 785 7623 to make a payment.

Direct Debits

All Direct Debit payments should be collected on their normal payment dates.

Contacting us

We're currently only taking emergency calls. An emergency means immediate danger to someone's safety or one of our properties. 

Call 0330 1234 034 to report an emergency. 

For all other enquiries, contact your neighbourhood coach or use live chat (9-5pm Mon-Fri)

 

Repairs

You can only report emergency repairs at the moment.

Please view our dedicated repairs area for more information and potentially fix some simple issues yourself. 

 

Complaints and requests in progress

We understand you may have a complaint or request that is in progress with us and may have been expecting an update or the original date for us to respond to you may have passed. We're sorry we've been unable to provide your with an update and will prioritise these existing complaints and requests as soon as possible. We have updated the Housing Ombudsman and they are aware of our extended response times.

 

Contacting your neighbourhood coach

Our neighbourhood coaches are still out in your community. They won't be able to deal with any repair enquiries, and they can't access our systems to check your accounts right now. 

  • they can still help you by offering their advice and assistance
  • you can contact your neighbourhood coach by phone call or text message.
