We believe that having modern, efficient homes where customers want to live means that you can see your home as a springboard to achieve your aspirations. Which is why we completed the regeneration of our blocks of flats at Leaholme Court in Cirencester.

Work started on site in spring 2021 and was completed in summer 2022.

Prior to submitting the planning application we considered renovating the homes to reduce the running costs for our customers, but realised that this would not alleviate all the issues caused by the design and construction and wouldn't bring them up to the standard we expect for our customers. We therefore decided to proceed with the regeneration of the site.
