Rohini is the newest member of our executive team and leads on our customer experience, service delivery and transformation areas of the business. With a strong background in customer experience design and transformation, Rohini spent 17 years at British telecommunications giant Three UK where she was instrumental in setting up their first onshore and offshore call centres comprising over 4,000 colleagues in India and Scotland.
