Bromford is making 2022 the year to focus on being a part of the next generation and we are delighted to be launching the Bromford Graduate Scheme, helping us address skills gaps, kickstart career pathways, bring in new talent and, ultimately, create the best team we can. It will also help support one of our key strategic goals to have 100 graduates and apprenticeships in place by 2023.

We're members of The 5% Club.

The 5% Club is uniquely an employer-led charity, of more than 600 members, founded in 2013.Member of the 5% club logo for apprentices and graduates

It works with UK employers and key influencers to inspire, educate and retain a growing body of people into ‘earn and learn’ placements in order to increase the number of apprentices, sponsored students and graduate trainees.

The goal of the Club is to increase the employment and career prospects of today’s youth and equip the UK with the skilled workforce it needs. Members commit to achieve 5% of their UK work force in ‘earn and learn’ positions (apprenticeship, graduate schemes or sponsored students) within 5 years of joining. Progress will be measured annually and reported by the member in the corporate responsibility section of its Annual Report or equivalent.
