It was a busy 2013 for Bromford Group as we celebrated our old age in a year of 50th anniversary celebrations, but as we launch into 2014 we’re doing so with a new identity.
Back in 2008 we became Bromford Group, an organisation made up of Bromford Living, Bromford Support and Bromford Homes, however today we’re a much more diverse business. We now need to reflect that we’re one family of colleagues delivering a whole range of services to our customers.
We also moved away from a corporate mission, vision and values, creating a single DNA for being Bromford. Being Good, Different, Brave and Commercial are now well and truly part of our everyday work.
Both the Deal and our growing range of services has also meant that we now describe ourselves very differently – we’re now much more than a housing association or support provider, but a social business, and that’s something we are really proud of.
With all these changes in the way we work and think, we decided it was time to stand back and take stock of our identity.
So, without further ado, we’d like to introduce you to the brand new Bromford…
Say hello to one Bromford. There’s no separation and diversification across our business, no living or support, we’re one big family helping people to be the best they can be.
Whenever you contact us, you’ll hear from a Bromford colleague working for Bromford.
Don’t worry, this wont affect the service you receive from us, in fact it’ll make it more streamlined. We’re changing the way we think so all our customers receive the same high standard of service and go on the same customer journey. Whether you email us about a repair, call us about a local support scheme or tweet us about a new business opportunity, the team who contact you will all be from one Bromford.
The change over has now taken place, and you’ll start to see differences on our website, social media accounts, name badges and on things like our letterheads.
Just a quick note, some of our trading names like Bromford Homes are yet to make the change as we’re doing a staggered launch
