Double celebration for Bromford in National Business Awards

Bromford is today celebrating the news that it has been announced as a double finalist in the prestigious National Business Awards, hosted by Orange.

Midlands-based Bromford has been shortlisted for both the Orange Innovation Award for its tenant cashback service, Home Rewards, and the award for Transformational Change for its 'One business, fit for the future' campaign.

Going up against the likes of Michelin Tyres, the National Grid and BT they will battle it out for the prestigious accolades, with the winner being revealed at the National Business Awards gala dinner held on 13 November in London.

Commenting on the tenant cashback submission, judge Gideon Hyde Director of Market Gravity said: "Bromford Living's Home Rewards Club provides an innovative customer service model, supported by strong colleague engagement and ethics with impressive results."

Charles Ward, COO of Intellect, a judge for the transformational change category added: "Bromford's a great example of a social business re-inventing itself and providing so much more for its customers, getting higher levels of satisfaction."

Commenting on the announcement, Nick Cummins Executive Director for Bromford said: "The housing sector is going through a massive amount of change and we are determined to meet that change head on and come out stronger by innovating and working differently. Being a finalist in the National Business Awards alongside such prestigious household names is testament to this work and we're absolutely delighted."
