Repair priorities

All repairs are important but we need to deal with them in order of priority.

Emergency:  Your repair may need to be attended to quickly because it could lead to injury or property damage. Depending on the repair, we may attend within either two or 24 hours.

We will make you aware how quickly we will attend to you when you contact us. We may make safe at first, and then arrange a follow up appointment to complete the works needed.

In an emergency, report your repair immediately on 0330 1234 034.

Appointable: All other repairs will be appointed and we will arrange time and date that is convenient for you.

Engineers may carry out an assessment at first and then may request an additional appointment to complete your repair.

We may also ask to look around your home to see if there are any other repairs we need to carry out. Think of it like a 'property MOT'.
